Our tufted printed carpets are available with two printing processes: paste printing and high-definition digital printing, meeting diverse customization and budget demands for commercial & residential projects.
The secondary backing can be made of action backing, cotton, or non-woven fabric. In addition, there are various options such as non-woven fabric with plastic dot backing for the secondary backing.
We offer four different pile constructions for our carpets: high-low loop, cut-loop blend, full cut pile and full loop pile, to satisfy different comfort and wear-resistance requirements.Our commercial carpet adopts premium flame retardant nylon yarn. The fiber is treated with fire-resistant, which can self-extinguish and inhibit flame spread when encountering open fire. It passes international commercial flame retardant standards, greatly reducing fire risk for high-traffic spaces like hotel corridors, guest rooms, banquet halls and office meeting rooms. Meanwhile, nylon material features high wear resistance, stain-proof and long service life, perfectly matching long-term engineering use demands.
Our blank tufted carpet bases are manufactured by advanced Vandewiele TEM-PA tufting machines imported from Europe. The precise tufting equipment ensures uniform pile density, stable yarn fixation and neat carpet texture, laying a high-quality foundation for subsequent printing processing.
This is our full paste printing production line for tufted carpets. Using eco-friendly color paste, it realizes pattern printing on carpet blank base with stable color fastness and cost advantages, ideal for floral designs with large orders.
High-definition digital printing
Our printing printer head is a Chromojet printer produced by the world advanced Austrian company ZIMMER. Chromojet is an independent design system, which uses high-speed solenoid valves to spray compressed color paste onto the carpet in dots, thus forming various patterns on the carpet surface.
We have a professional design team that offers design services and supports customization.
