As the Wilton production enterprise with the largest production scale and most powerful technique in the industry, Dongsheng Group has dual-rapier and three-rapier electronic jacquard loom and produces all kinds of Wilton carpets such as 1.5 million-needle highly dense carpet, shaggy carpets, UCL carpets and plain weave carpets with wool, nylon, viscose silk, polyester, polypropylene fiber and cotton.

We have our own industrial chain from wool spinning, dyeing and finishing, polypropylene spinning, nylon spinning, twisting, shaping to carpet weaving, carpet finishing, and other related industries. Therefore we can have better control for the carpets' quality.

We use jet dyeing, during which the yarn naturally becomes fluffy, removing floating fibers and reducing the shedding rate of the finished carpet, making it more durable and long-lasting.
